Breakfast is made-to-order and served leisurely between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. Lunch and dinner are served at noon and 5:00 PM in our historic dining room — the same room that welcomed guests to the Black Hawk Hotel over a century ago.
Furthermore, nearly every dish that comes out of our kitchen is cooked in-house, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. As a result, meals at Black Hawk taste like home — because they are made with the same care and intention.
